The Honeypot's Crail room is our largest and comfortably sleeps a family of three — ideal for mum, dad, and the wee one.

Roome Bay Beach

Sandy beach with rock pools and a children's playground. 10 mins walk from the Honeypot. A great day out for families.

Crail Harbour

Fascinating for children — watch fishing boats, spot crabs in the rock pools, and sometimes see fresh lobster being landed.

Do you have family rooms at the Honeypot?
Yes, our Crail room is our largest and sleeps up to 3 adults. It's ideal for families — mum, dad and the wee one. The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and plenty of space. It can also be configured as a twin.
Is Crail good for families with children?
Crail is wonderful for families. Roome Bay Beach has rock pools and a children's playground just 10 minutes' walk away. The Fife Coastal Path offers easy walking, and the harbour is fascinating for children with its fishing boats and (sometimes) fresh lobster being landed.
Is there a beach near the Honeypot suitable for children?
Yes, Roome Bay Beach is just 10 minutes' walk from the Honeypot. It's a sandy, south-facing beach with rock pools, wildlife, and a children's playground — perfect for families.
Do you provide high chairs or cots?
Please contact us in advance to discuss any requirements for young children and we'll do our best to help.
Is parking available for families?
Yes, free private parking is available for all guests — no struggling with car seats on street parking.
